 It depends on the scope of the operation. For spraying or spreading jobs, we typically require the following from you:

• Property Access: Ensure easy access to the area where the work will take place.
• Chemicals/Fertiliser: Provide the product you have selected for the job.
• Water Source: Access to a water source on-site is helpful.

We are fully equipped to handle most aspects of the job, including the ability to store and transport up to 2,000 liters of water and chemicals with our drone. For larger projects, if the client can supply water to our vehicle, it can reduce drone downtime and save both time and costs related to resupplying during operations.

 The number of hectares we can cover per hour depends on several factors, including chemical usage, spray rate, terrain, obstacles, and site access. For broadacre spraying at a rate of 40 liters per hectare, we typically cover 10-12 hectares per hour. Over an 8-hour day, this equates to 50-90 hectares, depending on the specific conditions of the job.

 The cost per hectare varies based on several factors, including chemical usage, spray rate, terrain, obstacles, and site access. While I cannot provide exact estimates on the website, here are some indicative figures for basic rates (all prices exclude GST):

• Travel: $0.80 per km without a spray trailer / $1.20 per km with a spray trailer (for distances outside of Perth CBD).
• Survey: $200 fixed for a standard NDVI survey covering up to 100 hectares (typically broadacre, citrus, or large commercial areas). As surveys are integral to spraying or spreading, we may conduct the initial survey alongside the spraying job at no additional cost.
• Spraying / Spreading: $20 to $50 per hectare (this excludes time for water refills, site access, chemical supply, and form completion, as well as any downtime beyond what is reasonably expected).

For example, if you require spraying for a 50-hectare property located 200 km outside of Perth CBD, with good site access and the ability to provide chemicals and water (spraying at a rate of 40 liters per hectare), the estimated cost would be around $1,480, and the job would take approximately 6-7 hours.
